I want to join a new NES too! World War one would be great or even World War 2. Otherwise I'm up for a Star Wars game if someone is crazy enough to mod it :p.

Not world war 2 again...I don't feel like being another Nazi Germany,but if it's there I would have to call it lol.I'd like a new midievil NES.There's none of them open right now,and it makes me angry.

I would also like a Medieval Nes... I miss Grandmaster's....

Modern alternate's are way too overdone.And they lack the good ol medievil every man for himself kindof thing that I love so much.Every war in a modern alternate has everyone in the world basically involved one way or another.Plus.There's a few of them open as we speak.

Amon - how about a different modern world, in which every man is still for himself, but with modern technology?

If it's a world war one NES, and regardless of what anyone else will be, I would like to reserve Austria-Hungary (I'm aware that they are liable to die, but in any case I like a challenge), or, if that doesn't exist in an Alternate World War One, then some kind of Turkish nation.

A funny story for you, then.

I brought the NES to Apolyton and I still have one of the more popular NES franchises (we just reopened) there with SNESA. The Second SNESA was called 'Ad Infinitum' and dealt with a sort of futuristic space-world, with former American Lunar Colonies having declared independence and Martians who lived among Earth's Mars colonies. It wasn't quite Star Wars, but it was futurey like that. It was a huge sucess at Apolyton, certaintly one of the most sucessful games ever there (though Absolution 1 might beat it for top ranking).

I later tried to bring the game to CFC, to see if it would be as popular here and it was literally DoA. The Civfanatics gaming community has always been hostile to SciFi NESes.

Well, CFC isn't as hostile to sci-fi due to the Galactic NES now.

If we go for a different WWI, I don't think we should reserve nations already, and see what of them are present and in what shape first.

china - I take it you want a different type of WWI, or do you want a NES set AFTER our WWI that went differently? I have many ideas for both, but need to know what should I fill you PM box with.

I want a NES right before the first world war- but with different nations than real life.

My experience tells that people are too much afraid to loose their stuff to start a world war :D. But anyway....

Don't worry. I'll start the war if everybody else is afraid.
