Well another good game ruined by something stupid the AI/automation does. If you have a ship on automate to go someplace and a sub comes into its path on the way to its location, it will attack that sub. No questions, ifs, ands or buts. It attacks it and puts you straight into war. I have had at least warnings if I came across one that said if I attack it would be bad and we should leave our neighbors alone. This was bad since almost everyone had nukes and aircraft (Air sup. bug comes into play now) and everyone has a MPA with everyone else. The sub I attacked happened to be a MPA ally of mine. Just thought people might want to know.

They will hopefully be working on this for the first patch.
