How can you see his teeth? It's impossible!

I turned up the brightness and could faintly see his chin and cheeks, but nothing else.

Ofcourse, if I was him, I wouldn't be smiling...

Actually he's not smiling. It makes more sense if that was his lip, because otherwise the smile looks really weird.
