Hi there,
Iīve got a few questions... I have a C3C 1.22 scenario with the governor default turned off. Now, when a city falls into unrest in SP, I just relieve all citizens from work, the city gets smaller, then law&order is restored. I canīt seem to be able to do that in multiplayer though. For some reason, I canīt do anything at all with the city until I get a new luxury ressource or a war is over. What can I do in that respect? Also, is it possible to predict when and how a city is going to fall into unrest?

You don't have to relieve all citizens from work, just turn enough people into entertainers that there are more happy than unhappy people (content people are neutral.) Regarding your question abot multiplayer/PBEM games, i don't know about that, i haven't tried to play muliplayer myself.

hi,
yeah, well, aboiut the basics of the game, I played Civ since part one, but in that one particular scenario it wonīt work as usual. Iīm not even sure what I could modify in the modtool...
