Diplomatic Corps: Are in charge in overlooking and seek out treaties. Diplomatic Corps would also overlook worker and city exchanges
Japanatica-Aid: Are in charge in overlooking possible foreign aid ideas. Aid is a one time gift package
Intelligence Agency: Are in charge in overlooking Embassies, construction of Embassies, and a spy network.

Here is the current peace/war/treaties. Due to the graphic pack that I am using, the color of the inner circle will be used to determane the basic stance to us.

Fully Green Circle: Freindly
Mixed Green and Red: Neutral
Fully Red Circle: Mad

I have allowed for an "second half" to this TC should you decide that, if we press for Niagria, that we would need to poll for a peace agreement once we (and if) we get that city.

To DZ and Civman2004 - Its actualy a graphic mod pack that I use. The way to see which nation is POed at us is to look at the color of the inner circle. If its Green, then they are happy. If they are Red or Orange (Depending on how you precive colors), then they are POed at us.

To Civman2004 specificly - In the graphic pack that I use, Its actualy the representation of when the Aztecs were colonized by the Spanish. The Aztecs will get there Mexican flag in the Industrial age ;).

Look in the Custom and Creation section of the forums under Graphics. The interface is actualy from the Napolean Upgrade pack and the Civ flags are under the same name IIRC.

We are, I just edited the the instructions to reflect that. (hopefully that has already happened)

Since no one has stepped forward expressing interest on applying to deputy with the exception of Donovon Zoi. By the powers invested in me, I now apoint DZ as the new Deputy of the ministry. And no I dont perform weddings in the demogame :p.

There was an official discussion that was started by Provo. I did not included a poll since I see that there wont be enough time between the time the discussion stoped till the TC

With the help of Provo, I have revanped the FAs department to make things flow more smothly.

I have sent an applicaton to get the funding to build the embassies to the domestic department :).

I believe its time for FA polls on what the citizens' stances are on foreign nations. We can't let a few individuals simply decide they want to commit China as our enemy and make America an unwilling ally.

To all you Foreigners, representitives of Foreign or ministers in charge of Foreign departments (means civgeneral and his crew)

In the instructions thread you always say if our neighbours declare war on us, we should stop the chat. But the "angry war devil" (provolution and his homies) have already made plans for these situations and the people have said there good, so why do we need to stop the chats. if you said follow military instructions in event of war with nieghbours, and then provo (reminds me of the IRA) had links to his operations. It would be cool if say babylon attacked and the president (i think his names nobody the 3rd or somthing) could go " Damn the babys attacked iniate Operation: BabelBoomBox" rather than:

I have a request for the FA ministry. Please considering and offer any plans that would avert war with Zulu and improve our relations. This is of the utmost importance!

As Foreign Deputy, I would rather not offer an RoP because it gives the Zulu access to our lands. And 10 gpt is far too high a number. What if they opt for peace? We are out 200g in the long run.

I would propose that we gift a Luxury, and give them 1 gpt(no more than 2). I will start a discussion thread on this right away.
