Ive made this new custom civ, with entirrely new graphics in civ3 edit, and then when i go to the foreign advisor screen, it crashes. :(

Why?

It's a common bug. "Added" civs always crash on f4. Theories are that it either has something to do with reusing a leader image, or that something about the leaders is hard coded. You have two options: don't use the FA screen, or code your new civ over an old one.
