I have Civ 3 Complete and after i have been playing it for awhile it starts doing weird things, if i am done making something the screen pops up and is missing hte "X" and "O" to click. Then i go to save it the window comes up but is blank then slowly there after the whole game stops working-- Pictures go missing, windows are blank, and functions stop working.

Is there a patch fixing this problem or is it a re-installation thing i need to do?

Civ3 Complete is fully patched, so there is no patch you can apply to fix this.

Sounds like a corrupted install. Might want to try uninstalling.
