hello...i recently bought civ 3 for the mac, and am terrible
ive looked through the guide and help and strategy sections, but i cant get anywhere in the game
can anyone point me to a mac friendly map for beginners, so i can pick up some stuff by myself?

Well, be sure to play Chietain level games for a while. The AI civs are handicapped, so you'll have a huge advantage. The 'War Academy" is a place you'll want to do some reading. Also, browse through the GOTM and Succession game threads and d/l some save files to study over. Post any questions you have. Everyone here is very helpful and patient.
