Hi-
I'm new here. I was looking for some Lord of the rings or Middle Earth scenarios for the Mac, but I only found PC stuff which doesn't seem to like mac very much.
Can anyone direct me to some Mac compatibile LOTR scenarios, or explain how to get the PC stuff to work on a mac.
Thanks

:wavey: Welcome to the MacMadHouse
Point me at a specific LOTR mod pack that you'd like to run and I'll investigate.

I've downloaded this one. It contains a .bix scenario file, so it's a Play the World scenario and will not run on a Mac.
There are three file extensions used for scenarios and maps:
.bic will run in all versions including mac.
-bix will run in Play the World or Conquests.
.biq will only run in Conquests.

The first posts in each of these threads say they are based on Conquests (C3C). If so they won't work in Civ III v 1.29b2. Anything that relies on Play the World or Conquests will not run on a Mac.
