I have not played Civ since last June!!! :eek: :blush: :confused:

I was playing GOTM quite regularly. Any changes for us Mac users? Are they still doing the two versions of GOTM? Is classic GOTM still using the original resource icons, PTW icons, or does it vary?

Any new downloads I need to do?

Sorry I could go back and read the posts for the past 6 months but thought I might quickly check here amonst my Mac kin.

Welcome back, O prodigal one. Where've you been? :wavey:

- There's still Classic GOTM for us and PTW, plus C3C COTM, one of each every month.

- There's SGOTM if you want to share your pain with a team.

- GOTM is using standard resources.

- There's a new all-in-one GOTM installer that sets your civ v1.29 up to play GOTM with no further changes. It also contains bluebox's scenario based on Crackers mods, which *does* need the resource swap, but all the files are supplied.

- The QSC is back in business.

- I've revamped the menus on the main GOTM site pages a bit. The submission systems for GOTM, QSC and SGOTM are fully automated now, with some performance enhancements in the pipeline.

- I think that covers it, but I've probably forgotten something.

Thanks Alan H. It looks like I am ready to get back into it. How come I am feeling like I am falling off the wagon.

I even have delusions that I can dabble and play a little time here and there and avoid the 7 hour marathons. Okay, everybody stop laughing.
