every time i make a new game i get an error message and i get kicked out :aargh:

and i have tried re-installing it dosn't help :(

Really? You tried a full reinstall? Try another one. It seems as this one file is just not there.

Reinstalling.

I'd actually try reinstalling Civ, not Conquests. I believe that the "modern worker" is probably a Civ unit, not a conquest-specific one.
