I have Civ3 Complete and have been playing it for a few months now in the vanilla mode. I am beginning to think about trying out some mods, such as RAR, but want to be able to still pick up the COTM and play it. In other words, I want to sometimes use a mod, sometimes not, and sometimes use a different mod set. My question(s) is(are): How can I have multiple mods installed and select between them? Is it even possible? Do I have to reinstall Civ3 in order to switch from one mod set to another? Is it possible to have more than one game saved and easily loaded using different mods without having to do some extensive shuffling between games?

Not sure with complete, but RnR is a scenario. You load the scenario from it's scenario folder, and it doesn't affect your default rules, or other scenarios. There should be a menu option 'Scenario' or 'Civ Content' or somesuch, where you load the scenarios from.
