To what extent, if any, does the happiness/unhappiness of your civ affect the civ score (the "Tiebreaker" number shown on the victory conditions screen)?
To phrase my question another way, if a certain Wonder allowed for 6 unhappy people to become happy in EVERY CITY, and 8 in the city in which it is built, would that give an unfairly enormous boost, with respect to victory conditions only, to the civ that built it?
