Hi all - i've done a search and been through the various unit directories. i apologise if i've missed it, but if anyone could point me to an existing unit animation of an archer/bowman type shooting flaming arrows i would be most appreciative.

There is one in TAM (it uses the longbow graphic).

Just checked in the unit library but could not find it. Maybe ask in the TAM mod thread if someone can send it to you...

just to be clear, am i to understand that kinboat's ranger is the same unit as in the TAM mod you mentioned? if not, may i ask what is TAM?

No, it isn ot the same. Strange but I did not even know about Kinbaot's one (shame on me).
The one in TAM is just the Longbow but firing a fire ball.
