Hello all!

This is a heavy catapult for the Tomb Kings of the Warhammer fantasy world. It fires skulls (possibly of the enemy), which scream and burst in to flames during their trajectory.

Here are the files:
Screaming Skull Catapult (http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads8/ScreamingSkull.zip)

Attached are previews of the unit. Enjoy! :goodjob:

I'm awed at the rate at which you put together these amazing models and bring them to life. Great job aaglo!

That's beautiful! How is Embryodead going to keep up?

I've no idea how he's going to keep up! I keep adding these great new units to my games, but knowing there's another great unit on the way always makes me hesitate starting a new game...

This is a wonderful unit, I can't decide whether to add it to the vampire counts we well (The Lahmians yeah, but Sylvania? Hmm...)

Holy frig... That's a lot of bones!

This thing reminds me of all those skeleton-filled dungeons from so many video games. Once again excellent work! :goodjob:

Excellent! Nice touches in the anims. The crew member picking up the new skull, placing it on the armm, the catapult coming down over him and so on.

Macabre. Love the way the catapult walks on little legs, rather like a Bulldog.

Holy crapoli. Impressed. Love the death and run. Is it actually a unit in from a book or the board game, or did you come up with this yourself? This thing's pretty *****in'

ps... @You Warhammer 40k guys: Are you aware Relic beat you to the punch making a Warhammer40K game? (hear its pretty good too) You can start making historic units again, aalgo...

Ahhh, but there are plenty of regular Warhammer units he could do, they're so much more appealing  - I'm hoping personally aaglo hasn't gotten tired of skeletons yet!

Awesome work as always, Aaglo. I said in the preview thread that I was looking forward to seeing it animated, and you did not disappoint. The animations are simple astounding.

p.s. ignore bungus, he is evil. :D

That's the freakiest piece of artillery you've released to date (and that's saying quite a bit)!!

You know, you really should put one of your skeletons in a tuxedo, wearing a top-hat, and for the attack, have him point and shout "WRONG FORUM!!!!" You could call it a "Zulu Raider" :p

:goodjob: This unit is great. You never fail to impress with your work. :)

I'm sure everyone is thankful to you for all the hard work you put into these wonderful units that you give us for free. As was said, please ignore those that rudely tell you what to make, especially if they can't even spell your name properly. ;)

Great unit - the catapult is so detailed and the animations are really orginal.
I especially like the fidget animation, where he tosses the skull up in the air.

You lost me there... for a couple of reasons:
- this is not a wh40k-unit
- i haven't done any units for wh40-mod
- thus the phrase "you can start making historic units again, aalgo" is a bit contradictory
- my name is not aalgo, it's aaglo (see the difference, see?) ;) :p

I'm sure everyone is thankful to you for all the hard work you put into these wonderful units that you give us for free.
Nah, it's not hard work. It's only a little hobby of mine :) . When it starts being hard work, I'll start asking money for these things :p

-I'm lost with this warhammer stuff...
-Really, really lost
-Somebody's been making dozens of historical boats and ships, and posting them under your name
-Oh. Well, aalgo rolls off the tongue nicer

WARHAMMER is a FANTASY Battle gasme. You know. Skelleingtons, Giants, Dwarves, and such. Warhammer 40 000 is a SCI FI Battle Game: Tanks, Spaceships, Aliens. aaglo doesn't seem to like us very much. But we love you!

PS- Your name is aaglo? I'm frikken Dyslexic. I thought it was aalgofor like, ever.

No, it's not that I don't like you very much - it's that I don't like (or rather know) WH40k very much. Warhammer fantasy is closer to my hear because of my history of being a fantasy-fan like forever :)

And I rarely notice people mispelling my name, and frankly I don't give a damn how people spell it ;) :p (they don't know how to pronouce it anyway, unless they are finnish)

I'm going to keep on calling you aalgo then. When I pronounce it, I say the "aa" part like the monk in king Arthur and the holy grail reading the inscription just before he gets eaten "Aaaaaaaaa..." then add the "Lgo" part.

Hey, why don't somebody combine the two? They're the same world, just different eras. This is civ after all, the timeline can run from -4k or whatever to 40k. Cover the gammut of this crazy fantasy world.
