This unit is a liche priest of the Tomb Kings. The appearence is based on the model from the warhammer fantasy. Enjoy :)

Just wondering, his "pike" or whatever it is seems to move out of the displayed area - is that only in the preview?
But the effect with the skull is excellent :)

mrkingkong May 14, 2005, 07:22 PM Ive encountered a problem...when i click on the image of the liche priest when attempting to build it, i come up with an error message saying:
error: missing file art\units\liche priest\liche priest\ini
But ive checked the folder where the ini file should be, and its there alright (its that 1 with the wierd yellow cog thing on top of the text isnt it?)
I thort perhaps it was misspelled (as it was LichePriest) so i changed it to Liche Priest, and that didnt work either! Any ideas??? :confused:

Actually, if you followed your trend of having no spaces in the unit folder name for this unit too, it should be art\units\LichePriest\LichePriest.ini ;)
And be called PRTO_LichePriest in the editor.
mrkingkong May 16, 2005, 09:42 AM Can i just ask where the .ini part is in the pediaicons file? The nearest i can get to that is art\units\icons\liche priest\liche priest sm.pcx and lg.pcx......
Is there supposed to be a mention in this file of the .ini location? And if so, why does one of my other units work wen i have added no .ini extension anywhere? :confused:

Plotinus May 16, 2005, 10:34 AM You don't actually specify the ini file in the pediaicons file. The units are all specified in two sections. The first is the part that gives the icons, which is the part you mention. The second is the part that gives the animation. They are all listed as ANIMNAME_PRTO_Whatever and under that is simply a name. This is the name of the folder within the Units folder that contains the flcs for that unit. It also specifies the ini file, because the ini file by definition must be in that folder and have exactly the same name. So if you are calling the folder Liche Priest, this is all you need to put under the ANIMNAME_PRTO_Whatever and then you need to check that the ini file has exactly the same name, that is, Liche Priest with a space.
