Am I the only one for whom the "increase scientific research" function of the Scientific Great Leader does not work? Every turn is like the last turn of a golden age. The research is predicted but does not occur. I have failed to finish off a tech even when researching 20% above the projected requirment. I have tried reinstallation, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone run trials to see if they really are getting anything here? I've run several 20 turn trials with and without. It is clear that my scientific leaders do not improve research.
