From the Kal-el Sketch done ages ago (sorry for the delay on this one  ) Useful for any Polynesian Civ I would imagine. I was going to say this is the first unit made for Plus size models :mischief: It seems I was wrong and Dom Pedro II had made a hun that was 'larger than life'. Correct me if there are anymore out there.

Maybe I use a Maiori Warrior for my New Zealand civ, this unit would be perfect (if I really choice the Maiori as UU) :)
Kinboat, u r using your own model to do these units? In case of yes, how can u do them fat?

I made a new Fatman model for this guy. At the moment the only clothes I have for him is this sarong he's wearing... If I manage to get some time I'll make up a basic set of clothes and post him.

Very nice, very nice indeed. Do you have any more Polynesian units in the works? (Isn't it always the way, you finish hours of work and some upstart asks you what's next!)
In any case, this guy is really cool. He's definitly going into my game.

Wow! That looks really great. Very, very impressive.

(I don't recall producing any plus-sized units, hmm . . . )

Good job. I will use him for a primative unit for some of my pacific civs.

Maybe you were planning to then? Something about a medieval man-at-arms... Maybe I'm just imagining the whole thing :D

This would also work well as an early slave trader.

After thinking about it, I think Dom Pedro made a guy with a little belly. If I recall, it was a Korean or Mongolian unit.

edit: Utilizing the immence organizational power that is the Unit Artists' Library, I was able to search Dom units and find the Hun. Dom Pedro claims that he is the first full-figured model. ;)

Looking good

With some skin-colour editing and a few accessories (and resizing), it would become a fine ogre :)

Another fantastic unit, Kinboat. Personally, I think his skin looks a shade too light... but other than that, perfect.

Great job! Very unique unit. I like the idea of a slave trader, that would be interesting.

replacement for warrior

I was going to suggest normal warrior with treat all squares as roads, but considerring his weight, it just wouldn't be real to life..
