I'd like to replace some of the default leader faces (including advisor screen). I've got the .flc for the main pic done, but I'm having issues with the advisor screen. I make the circles for the various faces (are they even supposed to be circles?), and save it in 8bpp, but there's always a black box around the picture, anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I used Jasc Animation Shop. There's a free demo at www.jasc.com

I think there's also a little tutorial someone made for making Leader flcs someplace on this forum.
