Yay! Been waiting for this one! Maybe their UU could be some kind of Vadoo Priest, with enslave ability..(Representing how they can hypnotize)

I think that the UU has to be some kind of Napoleonic era rebel-slave unit. It could replace Rifleman and have one extra offence and movement and minus-one defense. I've no idea what this unit could be called though.

Edit: I couldn't find any references to any specific Rebel groups so you could just call it "Esclave Rebelle" (French for 'Rebel Slave')

You can really see the French influence in Toussaint's clothing Civ. Your prop selection is growing.

The smile looks strange. People do not smile like that, only cartoons do.

I changed the smile a little, artworks in 1st post :) I think is it good and people can smile like that :)

If you gave the Angolan Rifleman a trefoil hat and somewhat more ragged clothes, he could make a good 'Esclave Rebelle,' but he needs a secondary attack using a sword or machete.
