I'm now thinking about two possibilities, how to increase unit quantity in my mod, so i'm interested, which u like the best.

More UU's for each civ - no need to explain, i hope.

'Trade' system goes like this:
Big civs got their 'trade', which they can trade to smaller civs, so those civs can build, for example, german tanks, when they acquire german trade. This would increase historical accuracy, but it would be harder for smaller civs.

P.S. I was badly suprised, when i got so little opinions/comments about my mod here on CF. It is hard to improve mod, when i need to do it only by listening to few people suggestions about my mod (and they all were not from CF!)

Hmm, the unit trade system might be "borrowed" from someplace? ;)

I think it's the best way, as it creates a sort of international trade thingy... welll, sort of :p

More UU's are always better, but the trade system would be nice too - should you be able to get it working properly.

As for responses here, you need to be patient. Post on the weekend or bump your thread up a time or two. Also, the more details you provide, the more likely a response.

Yep, its from my WWII scenario, and I haven't (yet) gotten copyright's for it :p

The bad thing with UU's is that if there's a lot of them (ie 30+ for Germany in a WWII scen) the other nations can only build generic stuff, when in real life they could buy stuff from nations which knew how to build them. I think the trade way simulates this best, although it does have downsides. You could make every unit require a specific resource, but where would you put all of them?
