Shouldn't this instruction be added into the first post of the citizen registry?

Well, Chieftess did not add this to the Citizen Registry base information.

It would not hurt to add military unit names to the citizen's registry. Then if an amendment passes adding this to the naming rights article, the information will be there.

CT, would you be willing to modify the registry 1st post and have a DG only announcement advising people to update their entry if they want to name a unit?

Well, I will viciously protect citizen naming rights, and any mishandling of this issue will be blown out of proportion, reputations laid ablaze and legal activities undertaken.
