Hello Director Snipelfritz,

Assuming that a "medium density" type of settlement pattern is chosen, I have my version of a dot map. The redlines each include 13+/- tiles withing expanded radius of the purple "dots". The dots are also lettered in the order I would attempt settlement (although I could easily swap A and B). Merely one suggestion.

I would just like to point out that a medium density strategic settlement pattern has been approved. This is in general 13 useable tiles per city. I would not count mountains in this total. If you would like, I could prepare a city land division plan and present it to the thugs citizens as a joint Expansion/Domestic proposal.
