These are medieval greek and armenian cities. The armenian element got in there mostly because making a decent roof for st demetrios prooved to be impossible, so i turned it into an armenian church, but since this is a byzantine series its ok.

At last i finished them.....they took an incredible amount of work....i am tired....download and have fun, or, well, read the readme text for that case

-the preview is for v1.2-

Ty all :)
I will edit some pixels in a future version, if it is needed, but i decided to immediately release a v.1.1 which has a different agia sophia, that imo is way cooler. I would like to read your view about this change, it now has 4 turrets. (i think that it had them originally, and they were transformed to mosks after 1453). For me they make the shape of the metropolis a lot better.
@mrtn: the armenian church is the northeasternmost building in sizes 2&3. Glad you like them, the plan was to make a byz series that can be used along with your latin european cities ;)

Thanks, this is the perfect base for me to build middle ages and on cities for the "Med" (FF IX/Tactics) cities in the the Final Fantasy mod (which, after a 2 week hiatus due to moving should resume shortly).

How late would these work for? I am thinking of making a Russo-Turkish War ( mid 1800s), since it uses alot of the same units from another thing I am making..The Greeks will be in, and was just curious if these coud pass for then?

For that era the greek cities should use neoclassical buildings, and some balcan-style architecture too. Also i am reworking these, so perhaps i might add a neoclassical building in a set if i make one for the industrial era ;)
