Today ,my people ,we have laid the cornerstone of our goverment.Cheer ,cheer my loyal subject ,as we have achieved a grand feat here.But know ,my dear friends ,i must press you on it ,That we have still a long way to go.

I'm eagerly awaiting the installement of the department's ,i trust on my loyal leader's to make the nessecary step's.Go my friend's ,and fullfill youre duty.

I also advice all my fellow countrymen to ,in these founding Day's ,to take extra notice on the information distributed by the information Department ,as he will explain to you the primary information nessecary to plan our further goal's.
