Playing on the "Beyond Sid" map i decided to follow the footsteps of bamspeedy, except not quite as hard. If you can remember bam's map i was on the same "mini-continent" and by around 1000 AD settled the whole thing and was flourishing.

Then i decided to build military.

My Knights Templar was steadily making crusaders while the rest of the country was making medeval infantry and cavalry.

Before i knew it i had around 20 cavalry, 32 medival infantry and 16 crusaders. thats 68 (if my math is correct) units!!!

THATS ALOT FOR ME!!!

so on with the story. First i decide to invade germany who only had 4 citys and were still in the medival ages (im in industrial) i "liberated" them easily losing only 4 MI. :goodjob:

Then i totally wasted the incans (who were my top rival) losing 3 cavalry, 1 crusader, and 5 medival infantry. I now still have 55 units after taking over 2 AI's and expanding my empire over 2 continents and a tiny island (german island)

As of now i am at war with india, (winning of course) and will post the results of that war soon. :king:

by the way, can someone give me instrutions of how to post screenshots??

(assuming you're using Windows) press the Print Screen button to get what you want then put it in paint, photoshop, whatever and save the file as what you want. now remember that file name and go to the "Upload File" located at the bottom of the forum page. simply follow the instructions there to find the picture and upload it and the file will be located in [URL]http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads9/[URL] Files with spaces tend to have the spaces changed with _ so stevie jay would be stevie_jay

then when it gets to the point where you want to post the pic use the tags with the URL of the image between the two tags.

Sounds like a it could be a great story. All it need is pictures (and maybe a little more in depth look at the wars... :) ).

And steviejay, regarding your sig...PLEASE make another story! I doubt you remember me, but I've been reading your stories from the beginning. :D

My next post will be the screenshots, but on with the story.

So far the nations ive distroyed are: Aztecs, who had only one city and were on the southeast edge of my empire so an easy target, dead.

The second country brought under my control was germany. They didnt put up much of a fight and thanks to my blitzkrieg method.... i distroyed them in 2 turns, their counter attack included 5 swordsman but they could not hold back my assult of 50+ units.

My third attack aganst the mayans (not incans sorry) was by far the hardest. But considering it was hard only for the reason they had time to garrasin their citys cs alot of their terrain was jungle and i was attacking with cavalry and crusaders. the mayans were the only ones to survive thier war with me so far. I left them with three cities. 2 on far islands and 1 that i didnt even bother attacking cs it was crap.

My most recent war was with the chinese. Their terrain was mostly mountain so once again a long war but not many caualtys. Their terrain gave me alot of coal though.

Now my eyes are set on india. my plan is to distroy all the tiny countries to isolate the bigger more powerful ones and attack them thourally.

I have 6 ships filled to the max with cavalry and more ships going to pick others up. Once i have eight ships full ( thats 32 units ) i will attack the poorly defended indians.

.jpg is your friend, convert the image from .bmp to .jpg using paint by choosing save as and then changing the file type to .jpg.

Nice, and by the way, there is a straight line button that you can use to make neater lines. No Offense. ;)
