There are a lot of good, continuing discussions. Should we delay the Thursday play session to allow discussions more time?

I might have done this unilaterally but feel it is more important to get citizen input first.

Might be a good idea. There is talk of *hiring* some nearby Indian workers. It might be wise to hold off moving forward until there is concensus one way or the other on this.

I was worried about having enough time for discussion and polling, so delay sounds reasonable.

There's too many possibilities going on right now to hold a TC tomorrow. Let's hold off until the weekend.

Play for Thursday 3/10 has been cancelled. The turns we're currently planning for will now be played on Sunday 3/13. The instruction thread and turn summary thread have been udpated.

Since it is taking the place of all the other turnchats, will the others all be moved forward one slot (ie; turnchat 2 is now Sunday, instead of turnchat 3)?
