Can anybody tell me how to create a units animation using photoshop 7.0 and Civ3flc editor please?
It will be very nice if someone can make a complete tutorial for all the person who are trying to use photoshop.

You need a program like the Animation Shop (that's with Paint Shop Pro) to edit .flc files. I don't know which one comes with Photoshop (if it comes at all). I'm posting here later a tutorial about the Civ3flc (although I haven't used it much).
