I forgot to take 1000 bc save but found 975bc autosave. Will it be accepted or am I disqualified?

Well you can still play and submit the whole game. The 1000BC save isn't explicity required for that.
The 1000BC save is only required for the QSC. If you'd had the save from before (say 1025BC), AlanH might let you recreate that turn in order to get the QSC save, but it sounds like you don't.
Sorry!

Yes - the 1000BC save is only needed for the QSC. Unfortunately, we can't accept a 975 BC save for that competition, but you can still carry-on and submit your final result. :)

I did a simmilar thing a few XOTMs ago. I realized that the current time is 975BC and I did not make 1000BC save. But in my case I had one of autosaves corresponding to 1000BC. Ainwood permited me to use autosave 1000BC, make all movements according to my QSC log and submit it as 1000BC, since virtualy there was no difference between my real 1000BC and 1000BC from autosave.
But my guess that you are not very much concern about QSC and maybe did not even plan to submit one.

Wouldn't the autosave for 975BC be equal to the end of turn 1000 BC save?

Wouldn't the autosave for 975BC be equal to the end of turn 1000 BC save?
No, because the autosave is made after the cities and techs etc have been processed.

No, I don't think the 975 BC auto-save is anything like a valid alternative to the 1000 BC save. Lots can happen in the inter turn. In fact, more usually happens in the interturn to affect QSC than during the human turn.
You can complete units, lose units to the AI or barbs, expand your borders, lose towns, increase or decrease population, you get your gpt added to your treasury, you can complete a research project ...

It's good to know that I can submit. Thanks for your responses.
