Wow, first of all, the graphics are terrible in the demo. It looks like a game released 2 or 3 years ago. The cursor is a bit wobbily as well. It reminds me of Empires: Dawn of the modern world. I give it a C-. If mthis were the final product, I wouldn't buy it.

I have both, and Rise of Nations and Empires have way different graphics!

I am getting the game. Great memories with the original Empire Earth. Resurrection of the ££ Royals!

But the original was fun. It was back in the day we didn't really care about graphics, just gameplay.

What's wrong with Rise of Nations graphics?

I had/have like 3 demo discs of that game from various sources but my only main complaint about the demo was that you couldn't save. I looked everywhere and it wasn't anywhere. Is the game very good for those of you that have it?

Come on, RoN doesn't have good graphics! Then again, my friend's computer may skrew the graphics up.

What are u talking about RONs graphics are awsome. Down of modern world's graphics aren't that bad they are pretty good. With EE demo I had problems with cursor, it was kind of lazy but graphix were pretty good. But besides this IS the demo.

I told you my friends comp is skrewed, it looks like AoE 1 graphics! :(

Exactly. So many elements were taken from Rise of Nations. But the game fails in the places it did not copy. The graphics are awful, the new concepts unfunctional.

I think only the most modern computers can run that game on its max settings

But I got most of the real thing, and a pretty accurate impression.

I have tried out the demo for EE2, and only found couple of new features superior than RoN. But consider this is only the demo, the real game should offer a lot more. The graphics are a little bit bettern than RoN, and much better than EE, but nowhere close to the screenshots of AoEIII.
