1) Only one rule - no rules. We are the Watchers, we don't need rules.

1) None, no entry or exit requirements except cannot hold an elected office.

well, I dont have the time commitments to be in most elected offices, so thats out of the question. My original plan was to start a political party, and to run things from there, but since THATS even illigal... I guess I have nothing to do but watch... so I am officially joinin up.

I interpreted that as being concerned with the state, how it will be run, etc.

I think the watchers guild has more or less died now, at least I haven't seen any of them posting in the past months. So if you wanna join them you'll be the only member. ;)
Anyway, you are most welcome to follow the game and post any comments you want to make on the way we play. Any input is welcome really, as long as its constructive input. :)
