Hmm, just wondering...

If I'm quite happily sitting at the domination limit racing towards my chosen victory condition, and in the inter-turn, one of the AI cities flips to me, pushing me over the domination limit, is this game over?

Or does the game calculate if I've won or not before culture flips happen? It would be nice to know that the game would give me a turn of grace to burn that lovely city to the ground. :)

You don't have to accept the flip.
That would be the easiest thing to do.
