have you ever encountered it before? ie, your game is running smoothly and just when you open the city screen, the game crashes.

does anyone know of what the causes are?

i am pretty familiar w/ modding and have thoroughly checked the pcx files used in the city screen, etc. i've created a few scenarios and i consider myself a veteran bug-hunter but for the life of me, i just can't figure out the eff'in problem.

any ideas?

were you playing a scenario or a mod or just a regular game?

it's a vietnam war scenario i have that is all but complete save for the frickin' crash problem.

i created it on the heels of TCW, several months ago. it's been just sitting in my Conquests folder just waiting for me to solve the problem.
