I am actually logging in to download for my sister who is a fanatic Civ 3 player, but where do I actually go to downolad mods, when I click on the Completed Mods link I keep getting directed back to the forum :eek:

The Completed Modpacks are part of the forum!

If you click on this link (http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=51), you'll get the forum for completed modpacks. You need to look in the individual threads to download them. :)
