This observation is quite true.

I think also that far too many stories are abandoned because they are too ambitious in their attempt to cover the sweeping history of a game.

I believe there are only a few writers who could do justice to such stories, keep them interesting and bring them to some conclusion.

It would probably be more interesting if players could write stories about parts or segments of their game. For example, a heated cold war between rivals, the race to win in a close game or a single war.

I only called mine "Rise of Germany" because i was seriously stuck for a title name.......no wait, it was just laziness :p

I never realized that when i made mine. Im not much of a story person. I just like to post my game online and talk to people about it. I also like to hear others' advice.
