Why during an Epic Game in C3C in the Civilopedia still appears that Babylonias are "Agricultural and Scientific" instead "Scientific and Religious"?

Is an error of the Civilopedia?

Isn't it updated?

Are you sure you aren't playing a mod like Rise and Rule where they are Agricultural and Scientific?

If you are playing the main game, what patch are you using? (bottom right hand corner of the main opening menu, it'll be 1.xx (ie; 1.00 is out of the box)).
