my friend doesn't have internet connected to his computer. i saved the patch for conquest1.22 onto a CD and was wondering how this can be installed on his computer. i was thinking i could just copy the whole thing into the conquest file, would this work? please assist us, thank you.

The patch is a .exe file. You can probably run it from the CD, or, failing that, copy it to the desktop and run it from there. It will install automatically.
