You were an airplane and had to bomb bunkers. When you did so men came running out and you had to shoot them. Sometimes a Japanese plane came flying by to drop a torpedo in front of your carrier. If that happened three(?) times your carrier would sink.

Brown bunkers could be bombed, grey bunkers had to be hit with rockets and ships you had to sink with torpedo's yourself. At a certain point in the game there were also Japanese planes trying to shoot you. The only way to get them was to almost turn, so he would and then you really turn and were behind him so you could shoot him.

Please, does anyone know the name of this game?

That sound alot like Wings of Fury to me, by what you descripe i can almost certainly say that it has to be that game.
