Hi,

I was recently introduced to the wonder that is civ3 and promptly went out and got myself a copy of the Civilization 3 'Play the World' double game pack, as I'd been told that the extra scenarios would add even more depth to game.

I now find myself unable to download the bits the pack didn't contain, such as the Double Your Pleasure graphics and so on. Can anyone help this poor fool?!

Where can I find the patches for the Play the World scenarios?
Are there any extra Play the World scenarios?
Am I going to have to buy the Civ3 Conquests game to play the Warhammer and LOTR scenarios?

If anyone out there can let me know how to do any or all of the above you will make one of Civ3's newest fans extremely happy!

Your best bet is to check-out the creation and customisation forum here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=46).

In particular, the warhammer mod thread is here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=66060), the Rise and rule here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=100144) (sequel to the double your pleasure mod, and the middle-earth modpack thread is here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=22142).

Note - I think the Rise & Rule is for C3C, but there is a double-your-pleasure webstie is here (http://civ3.bernskov.com/RaR/download.asp).

Rhyse of civilization is also very popular - its is here (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=111977).

Happy hunting! :)

DyP is for Vanilla/PTW, and RnR is for Conquests.

Thank you for all your advice. I'll give all your suggestions a try and see how I get on...if I can tear myself away from the actual game for more than 2 minutes that is...surely there should be some kind of health warning :goodjob:
