Anyone playing MVP 2005? How much advance is it than MVP 2004? The reviews have made me feel they are quite similar.

Owner mode is awesome. Hitters eye is cool but makes batting easier for people not familiar with the game. Up to date rosters, better re-rates from spring training. Worth the money for me. In my 6th season in owner mode :]

Yes, owner mode adds a whole new strategic dimension I have never seen in a sports game. Also, the mini games never fail to provide quick fun. :)

I have MVP 2004 and am still loving it. I'm only about 15 games into my career mode, there just isn't enough time to play video games anymore. :(

That's the only reason why I'm holding off on getting 2005. I'm dying to try owner mode but time is a limiting factor for me now and I just bought Winning Eleven 8 and Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.
