I like to play CIV3 waging small isolated battles than a major war.
In this regard, I usually play pre-made maps editing one modern unit to be available to me alone, with the HIDDEN NATIONALITY flag for it ON.
I insert it into every other civ, friend or foe, and implement low-level conflict, wreaking havoc inside their territory, destroying roads leading to luxury resources, improvements and the like.
The HIDDEN NATIONALITY flag keeps me from getting into a war, BUT the other civs can still contact me diplomatically. Why?
I think this should not be. Clandestine/Special Operations Forces should not reveal their nationality and prevent the other civs from making contact with me.
