whenever i try to load an asian civ, the game crashes and says: error: cant find file sounds/build/ancient/AncORFull.mp3.
however, there is a file on the cd which is called AncORfull.mp3. the typo probably has something to do with the crach, but i dont know how to fix it!

The files on the CD aren't for playing the game - all the graphics, units, art, and sounds are installed to your harddrive and should be accessible from there. It sounds like you are missing a file, and perhaps it was an incomplete or corrupted install. Try reinstalling BOTH Civ3 and Play the World.

thanks! i thought the game used the cd to play, and thats why game prompts cd.instead of reintalling the game though, i just copied the mp3s directly to their corresponding folder and it works now. thanks again!

damn, another sound porblem........there seems to be no music in my diplomusic folder....and i cant reinstall civ3 cause i just borrowed the disk from my friend.^^;
