so, I installed C3C yesterday and the Microsoft anti-spyware software identified the following:

"Powerreg Scheduler"

It said this is spyware. Anyone know anything about this? It was part of the [c3c] install.

According to iamnotageek.com (http://startup.iamnotageek.com/srch-PowerReg%20Scheduler.html), it's just a registration reminder.

It should be noted that three or four iterations ago, Atari was Hasbro.
