"Zhukov, ... , The egyptians own land that we cannot ignore. We will crush them. send the cossacks to rally in the demiliterized zone. we will storm them and crush their army swiftly. if those greek !@#@ards interfere, we will conquer them, as well. They will pay for the crimes they committed in vladivistov." replied his only company.

200 years earlier,
Vladivistov, southern Russia

"Have the fourth corps burn the city. these russian scum need to be wiped off this continent."
a small group of conscript infantry were about to attempt to burn the 3rd largest russian city in the world.
"The garrison is currently fighting in egypt! there is no one to even defend vladivistov! Glory to Greece!"

And so Vladivistov burned. an enemy the russians had not even heard of had arrived and snuck through the russian borders.

10 years before, russian forces had declared war on egypt and sent a small amount of troops to the epytian capital. they were outmatched, but managed to take a city. soon after, though, the city was overrun by egyptian forces. ever since then, neither side had sent forces to battle in the siberian plains. The war was unofficially over, but neither side admitted it. out of the blue, greece appeared and launched a series of infiltrations that maqnaged to destroy 1 then take a city. a series of small conflicts and the rebuilding of vladivistov have ocurred since then. Now, Russia is once again amassing forces to invade egypt. This is the Russ-Egypt war.

The war begins:

2nd Expiditionary attacks and takes heliopolis, few casualties.
1st expiditionary spots egyptian settler and pursues through jungle.
1st Division heads towards Thebes, to claim the capital.

Cleopatra sits in here palace. she observes the torch-light getting larger and wider on the outside of her city.
"Pity, our nations could not make peace."
she mutters, before her guards inform her that the palace is no longer safe.
the attack on thebes ended as quickly as it began.
thebes was completely open for attack.

The russian commander, Vladimir Puskov, took his revenge on egypt and burned thebes to the ground.

But the Russo-Egypt war was not over.
In the north, a settlment had become an interest to the russian forces. Named "New Thebes" it was an obvious chance to symbolically show the egyptians there would be no starting over. it was taken in a day. the last cities were outnumbered, seperated, and utterly, completely, defensless.

The end was near. soon, Peter the Great would rule all of what will soon be the U.S.S.R. :king:

3 cossack corps had moved south to attack Pi-Ramesses.
By now, egypt is forming a resistance and sends a small counterattack to Heliopolis. It is beaten back easily, but egypt has shown no intention of backing down.

Somewhere in Greece

The president of greece is being whisked away to a shelter. His personal guard are being sent to the borders to anticipate an attack.
"Why can't we help Egypt again?" said his wife, who was not very smart.
"If we do, we will be crushed. as you know, an otherwise unheard of number of soldiers has appeared without warning. We thought the Russians couldn't
amass such an amount of troops on such a short notice. Even if we could afford to fight this war, our population isnt high enough to send help to egypt and defend our borders at the same time!"

In order to take a screenie, press "Delete" on the screen, then the Print Screen/SysRq button (on a PC), then open a Paint file. Save it as an approved file-type, then do the previously noted upload steps.

10 years later, egypt was in ruins. Cleopatra finally gave out and turned control of almost all of Egypt to Russia.

Chapter 2: War of Revenge
The world was stunned. Overall, it had been the first major war in world history. All of the countries had squabbles, but not such a magnitude of war. It was since called: "The Great War."

The Russo-Egyptian Conflict was fought over a single incident on the other side of the russian empire. The strange thing was, Egypt was not the nation that burned Vladivistov.
