No one in their right mind can be as ill-prepared as this guy and even if he was he would not be as stupid as he was. Its a gut feeling really. And sadly a branch of American humour that I feel instinctively and do not like....

I reckon he loves the scientific side but when it came to doing the "show biz" side, he simply folded on the spot. These things happen ...i find it completely believeable.

Ohhh.. make him stop. He was so bad, it is like he was doing that on purpose. I agree with Gelion, nobody can be that bad.

It kind of makes it funnier or more painful that people can't believe it. He is weak and unconfident... ..at being a weatherman. Hes probably a great off-air meteorologist though.

No it isn't. It's clearly an intern doing the weather on a low-powered college TV station. Ohio University, is my guess. When I did my weathercasting internship, we had a guy just like that.
