When I download a map, then I cant play cos its a .zip file. How do I make it to a .biq file.

Use WinZip (www.winzip.com) to unzip it, and then extract it to your ../Conquests/Scenarios/ folder. When you load Conquests, select "Civ-Content" and then your scenario.

WinRar (http://www.rarlabs.com/download.htm) is what I use, it knows over 10 different file types. After installing simply open your .zip (or .rar, .cab, .arj, .lzh, .tar, .gz, .ace, .uue, .bz2, .jar, .iso, .7z or .z. That's how many different file types it recocgnizes). After opening, simply a) Drag&drop the files or b) select which ones you want (if you select none it's like selecting everything) and right-click & "extract to...".
