I'm feeling extremely lazy today, and I was wondering if someone could just answer me a quick question... I may have found someone to make a leaderhead I wanted, but they don't play Civ 3, and my knowledge of leaderheads is skittish at best, so what should I tell them needs to be on the leaderhead? Yes I know it's a portrait of a person with a suitable background, but what animations are needed and so on? What's the bare minimum, and what would be the most needed for a great functional leaderhead?

Oh and what size?!

well you need him in 4 eras, ancient, mediveil, industrial, and modern. The background and clothing should match those time periods. at minimum it could be one frame, of his face. But normally it is 121 frames at about 1 or 2 frames per secound. It should go from happy to angry. Save the FLC, then Rotate it so it goes from angry to happy, then save as 2. The size should be 200 x 240 pixels.
