Hello, I need help making new techs for a scenario I am making. First question is what is the X Y thing? Second do I have to do anything else that is needed to make it work that I do not know about? Thanks.

The X Y thing is the location of the tech box on the tech chooser screen, measured in pixels from the top left corner of the screen. Other things you might not know is that icons must be 128x128 (and 32x32 for the little version) and 256 colours, of which the last two must be bright green and bright purple (or at any rate not used by the image).
