Hi there

I am running Civ3 Gold on Win98

Are there any cheats/trainers etc around that will work for me?

You can find some trainers in the Utils section of this forum.

Cheats can't be too hard to find, just try any cheats site.

The best cheat, is to play at a very low difficulty level with barbarians turned way down. Almost impossible to lose.
