For the diplomacy, try using either Shift D or the D button by your game info in the lower right hand corner (opposite the minimap box). There are more AIs in the game than space to show them on the F4 screen. You can also right click on any AI head from the F4 screen and replace that AI with one of the off screen AIs.

Sorry, it never occurred to me that I might be divulging anything. It will not happen again.

I checked my profile, and I have not disabled my personal messages. My email -- yes, and I'd prefer to keep it that way -- but not my PM's. Is the one dependent upon the other, and where do I find PM's if I am able to receive them?

I still want to know about GOTM resources for downloading. Can you help me with that and perhaps tell me a better way to pursue such inquiries in the future.

Based on the information I edited out you don't have any problem with GOTM resources. You wouldn't be able to see and talk to the civ you have reported if you did.

I tried to send you a PM and was also told that I had disabled my PM. The circle on my profile for requesting disabling is not filled, so I don't know what to do about it. Can you check my profile?

Also, if the GOTM resouces are aviailable, where do I go to learn about the unit I inquired about?

If I click on my user name in the left hand column of this thread I get the following options:

View public profile
Send a private message to AlanH
Send email to AlanH
Find more posts by AlanH
Add AlanH to your buddy list

If I do the same with your user name I see:
View public profile
Find more posts by Cactus Pete
Add Cactus Pete to your buddy list

As a moderator I can see, but not edit, your user profile, and it says you have not enabled private messages.

Here's a screenshot of my Options page showing the bit about PMs. You need to get your Options screen looking a bit like this if you want to accept private messages.
